Hello! Welcome to my blog for the Montana Stockgrowers Association.
This blog, along with my other pages on the website, will be where you can find updated information on my project, check out my schedule of ranch visits, and view my photos and videos.
For those of you who don't know, my job at MSGA is to tell the story of Montana family ranching through visuals to use on our social media sites. We're doing this project because the public doesn't really understand where their food comes from, especially beef. If we can show that there are hard-working people behind raising cattle for beef, that you DO care about your animals, you DO care about the environment, and you DO care about your families, then we'll start to educate consumers with the right information about ranching and beef.
Not only am I spreading the great message about ranching on social media sites, but I'm also producing a series of five coffee table photo books entitled: "Montana Family Ranching Series." The first book will be available Christmas 2012 with another book available each year after.
