Northeast Director
Mick Denowh was elected from the Southeast District to serve on the Board of Directors in 2009. He was re-elected in 2011 and will serve until 2013.
Gartner-Denowh Angus Ranch is a fourth-generation seedstock operation run by Pat, Mick, Paul and Chad Denowh. Mick is the ranch’s president. GDAR has been raising registered Angus since 1957. GDAR consists of two ranches located 35 miles apart.
Mick and his wife Debra have four children, Chad, Charles, Chase, Chaz.
Mick is a member of the American Angus Association, served on the Montana Angus Association Board of Directors for three years and has been a delegate to the AAA national convention numerous times. He is a member of the Mondak Stockgrowers Association and served as 4-H leader from 1988-2006. Mick served on the Richland Youth Hockey Board of Directors for three years and is chairman of the Fireworks Booth & Bulls R. Us.
