Vicki Olson was elected President of the Montana CattleWomen in December 2010 to serve a two-year term.

Vicki and her husband of 39 years, Darrell, operate the Double O Ranch in Malta, a cow-calf operation, alongside Vicki’s sister Nancy and her husband Mike Ereaux. Vicki is the 3rd generation on the ranch. Her grandparents proved up on several homesteads in the early 1900's and her other grandparents bought up homesteads as people were leaving in the 30's. These homesteads along with other purchased properties make up the ranch today. Vicki and Darrell have two children, Michelle Rotenberger, who lives in SD with her three children, and Jason who lives in Lolo.

Vicki was previously involved with the Montana CattleWomen on a local level as a member, area director and president. She has also been a member of the Montana Stockgrowers Association and chairman of various committees. Vicki was the first female chairman of the MT Public Land Council where she currently serves as director. She previously served on the Montana Beef Council. Vicki is currently a member of the Montana Preservation Alliance, a local group working against a potential monument designation and bison preserve in the local area. She also works with 4-H youth doing workshops on leather working. Rodeo has been a big part of Vicki’s life. She grew up competing, her husband roped, her kids excelled at the sport and now her grandkids are getting started.
